494 Event Center is a 5,000 sq ft luxury venue located in the heart of the Village at Sandhill. Designed with elegance in mind, the space features an all‑white interior that beautifully transforms to match any event color palette. Seventeen grand crystal chandeliers illuminate the room, creating a stunning atmosphere for weddings, celebrations, and upscale gatherings.

The venue includes a private bridal suite complete with professional lighting and oversized mirrors, offering the perfect space for getting ready. A separate ceremony area allows couples to host both their ceremony and reception in one convenient location. Guests and vendors also enjoy ample, well‑lit parking in the rear of the building for easy access and added comfort.

Our Grand Ballroom includes 200 white chiavari chairs, 20 round tables, 10 rectangle tables, complimentary white draping, gold chrome bar, DJ stand, and complimentary wash lighting to set the mood!

The Ceremony Center will include 150 chairs for a ceremony set up; or 50 white chiavari chairs, 6 round tables, 6 rectangle tables, a 4ft bar and wash lighting to give ambience!
